ACH and wire origination
ACH and wire origination cutoff times will remain unchanged. Our bank operations groups operate in multiple secure sites across our footprint to ensure continued access for our customers.
Remote deposit capture and deposit cutoff times will not change. If you intend to work remotely, the scanner can be relocated, or you can request enrollment in our mobile remote deposit capture application.
ACH and Check Positive Pay
We will continue processing items presented for payment. It is important that you review and decide ACH and Check Positive Pay items each day. Consider enrolling in Decision Notification Alerts and Mobile Positive Pay if you have not yet activated them.
Lockbox processing will continue as long as the United States Postal Service is delivering mail. We have sites located in Salt Lake City, San Diego, Denver, Dallas and Houston. In the event that one of the processing sites is not available for an extended period, lockbox items will be redirected to another site.
