As Chief Financial Officer, Tyler is responsible for the successful execution of the bank’s financial strategy, including oversight of the corporate services and specialty deposits divisions. Her 12-year career at CB&T includes experience in special assets, risk management and credit before her current role in finance.
An avid sponsor for mentoring talent, Tyler launched CB&T's state-wide mentor program and led the initial women’s diversity and inclusion initiative, “Banking on Women.” In 2018 and 2019, she was selected as a member of Zions Bancorporation’s top team in the annual Most Powerful Women in Banking issue of American Banker.
Tyler holds an International MBA from the Amsterdam Business School in the Netherlands and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of California, Irvine. She is active in the community as a board member of Accessity San Diego.
